Are you choosing a door for your existing frame?
- Make sure your finished floor is laid
- Make sure the window frame is completely finished, so that no more changes are made to its dimensions
Do you choose a pivot door, sliding door or wall?
- Ensure your final flooring is laid
- Ensure the opening is plastered and final in terms of dimensions, as we need to measure to the exact millimeter
Do you opt for a door with a frame?
- Your current frame can simply remain in place
- Is the Atelier Acier frame being installed in a recess/door opening? If so, make sure its dimensions are final
Frequently asked questions about measuring
We are among the last to be involved in the construction process. As soon as the opening is ready (in most cases, this means it has been plastered) and the floor is laid, we will come for the measurement. Are you opting for a door in your existing frame? Then we will come to measure as soon as the floor is ready.
