Order and payment
Once you have placed an order, you will soon receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact customer service at info@maisonacier.be.
Once an order has been placed, we will immediately process it. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that the changes will be possible, we will do our best to assist you.
Payments can fail due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or incorrect security settings. Try a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
Shipping and delivery
The order processing time is 64-72 business days. Shipping takes 5-6 business days. The total delivery time is 69-78 business days.
We ship all orders within Belgium for free.
Yes! Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can track your order.
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our customer service at info@maisonacier.be. We are happy to assist you.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@maisonacier.be, stating the details and sending photos of the problem. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 working days.
